More Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the images.

Furthermore included in this latest photograph drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had drawn up development schemes to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and includes a notes section detailing distinct areas of the estate.

Alongside this are what seem to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.

Further documentation made public as part of the ongoing oversight process.
